附加信息：

  • 被推荐人必须从未或两年以上未与 Altasciences LA 接触。
  • 被推荐人在创建或更新其志愿者资料时必须提及推荐人的姓名。
  • 被推荐人必须完成筛选访视和/或完整研究，推荐人才能获得报酬。
  • 如果被推荐人因违禁药物或饮酒而筛选失败，将不予支付推荐费。
  • 推荐费属于应税收入，推荐人需使用美国国家税务局 (IRS) 表格 1099-MISC 申报应报告收入。
