Once you have found the clinical trial that interests you in the "Current Studies" section, simply fill out the registration. Once form is submitted, our team will contact you by phone within two business days to provide you with more information about the study.

Current Studies
If you meet the initial qualifications for one of our paid clinical trials during your conversation with our recruiters, you’ll be invited to come in for a screening visit. During this visit, our staff will review a detailed study information document with you and answer any questions you may have. Participation is completely voluntary.
If you choose to move forward, you’ll be asked to sign a consent form, and our team will perform a series of tests to confirm your eligibility based on the study’s requirements.
At Altasciences LA, we’re grateful for the volunteers who help advance the development of potential life‑saving therapies. Along with complimentary study‑related care throughout your participation, you may also receive compensation for your time and travel.

If you participate in a paid clinical trial that includes an overnight or inpatient stay, you’ll be assigned a room for the duration of your stay. During your stay, our medical team will closely monitor your health to ensure your safety and well-being.
During your stay, we will provide complimentary daily meals and snacks, along with access to a range of entertainment options such as a theater room, foosball, arcade games, pool and ping pong tables, streaming movies, video games, and more.
Follow-up visits are similar to overnight stays in that medication may be administered, and tests will be performed to evaluate the medication's effects on your body. However, you do not need to stay overnight. These visits typically consist of brief check-ups at our facility in Orange County, CA to continue monitoring the medication's effectiveness. In some cases, follow-up visits can be conducted over the phone without the need to visit our facility. These visits may take place anywhere from a few days to several months after your inpatient stay is completed.

Once your test results are finalized, you will be notified within 3-5 business days, but in some cases, lab results may take up to 2 weeks or even longer.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. For clinical research studies that require overnight stays, we provide a secure, supportive environment with dedicated care and thoughtfully designed amenities.
Participants receive daily meals and snacks, as well as access to a wide range of entertainment options— including a theatre room, foosball, arcade games, pool and ping pong tables, streaming movies, video games, and more.
We also offer translation services for non English speakers and host activities such as bingo and movie nights for those taking part in longer stays.
