Qualifications (All must apply):
- Males and females with overweight or obesity
- Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- Age 18 to 64
- Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27.0 kg/m² or above *Check your BMI here
- Light or non-users of tobacco or nicotine products
- Non-marijuana users
- Able to attend 1 screening visit, a 7-night stay, two 2-night stays, an 8-night stay, and 15 outpatient visits, including eye exams, at-home doses, and diary entries
